Playables Art

Playables Art is a web app for creating playable ads from ready-made templates. Choose a template, upload your assets, select an export platform, and download a ready-to-use build.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Playables Art, you agree to these Terms of Service.

What we provide

• A library of ready-made playable ad templates.
• An asset-based workflow for uploading images, fonts, copy, and other supported files.
• Server-side builds and exports for supported advertising platforms.
• Downloadable playable ad build archives.

Your account

• You must provide accurate and current account information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Subscriptions and billing

• Access to paid features is provided through subscription plans.
• Plans may include limits on builds, storage, templates, exports, or other features as described on the Pricing page.
• Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled, depending on the selected plan.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated, paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise, subscription payments are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partially used billing periods.

Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, refund, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Your assets

You retain ownership of the assets, copy, fonts, branding, and other content you upload to Playables Art.

By uploading content, you confirm that you own it or have all permissions and commercial rights necessary to use it in your playable ads.

You grant Playables Art a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transform, and package your assets only as necessary to provide the service.

Templates and intellectual property

• Playables Art retains ownership of the platform, template library, design systems, and underlying code, unless stated otherwise.
• While your subscription is valid, you may create and use exported playable ads for your own campaigns or your clients’ campaigns.
• You may not extract, copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publish our templates or underlying code as standalone products or as part of a competing service.
• Exported builds may only be modified to the extent permitted by your plan and the functionality provided by Playables Art.

Platform compliance

We design exports to meet the known technical requirements of supported advertising platforms. However, platform policies, SDKs, validation systems, and technical requirements may change without notice.

We do not guarantee that every build will be accepted by every platform or perform correctly in every third-party environment. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving each playable ad before publication.

Acceptable use

You may not use Playables Art to:

• Upload or distribute malware, harmful code, or content intended to compromise another system.
• Access or attempt to access another user’s account, projects, assets, or data.
• Scrape, extract, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the platform or template library.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights belonging to another person.
• Use the service in violation of applicable laws or advertising platform policies.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the service.

Service availability

We aim to keep Playables Art available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, or circumstances outside our control.

We may add, remove, suspend, or modify templates, export targets, limits, and other service features.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, create a security risk, misuse the service, or use it unlawfully.

After your account is terminated, access to projects, uploaded assets, and previous build outputs may be removed. You should download any required files before cancelling or closing your account.

Disclaimer

Playables Art is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Playables Art will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, rejected advertisements, or interrupted campaigns.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Playables Art during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms when the service, our business, or applicable requirements change. If we make material changes, we will update the date below and provide additional notice when appropriate.

Your continued use of Playables Art after the updated Terms take effect means that you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY OR JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled by the courts located in [CITY AND COUNTRY], unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
